Shipping Policy:
All DALITAMODA shipping is provided via UPS. We require a signature for all deliveries. (You cannot Waive Signature Delivery)
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, orders will be automatically canceled if there's no valid street address. The order will be shipped to the billing address if a shipping address is not included with an order.
Orders received by 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from that business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
Shipping Method:
Please note that it may be longer for UPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves DALITAMODA. UPS does not deliver on federal holidays.
UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt UPS will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further complications with your delivery: please make sure to give us your most accessible phone number.
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:
Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.
Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day.
UPS Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take between 3 to 7 business days.
DALITAMODA is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico will be shipped 2nd Day Air.
International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight of package. You will receive your shipping cost and your final total by email prior to shipping.
Cancellation of Orders:
You may only cancel your order via telephone or fax, up to the time the order is shipped. You cannot cancel your order via email. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from DALITAMODA.

Care/Handling
DALITA jewelry and accessories are made with exceptional materials & adornments available. Any color variation or slight differences are due to the handmade quality of these items.
The following tips will keep your jewelry and/or accessories shining for years.
Avoid spraying or applying any oil-based products or alcohol on or near the jewelry and hair accessories. These include, perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products. The alcohol or oil content will cause discoloring to the crystals and beads, crystals can become loose, and cause metal chains and adornments to tarnish or discolor.
Remember to remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, swimming or showering. Moisture from the water can cause stones to become loose and fade color. Color can fade if jewelry or accessories are exposed to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time. To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never immerse in cleaning solution or water.
Jewelry/Accessories Repair
Free jewelry repair is offered within the first 30 days of purchase from DALITAMODA.COM. After 30 days, there is a minimum repair fee of $5 per item depending on the item, plus shipping costs. We repair jewelry and accessories at our discretion. You must contact customer service for an RA# (Return Authorization #) before sending any packages. You can obtain a RA# by emailing customer service at service@dalitamoda.com. We reserve the right to refuse packages without an RA #, or an invoice.
